Compulsory stop when I'm in the area... food was terrific.... The waiter was busy but he did not acknowledge our tip, which i felt was abit rude... Anyhow.... overall a good experience

Was very busy , but food was excellent, kids friendly , have playroom for the kids .. staff very friendly .. The fish with prawn sauce was heavenly ..

Hi Spur family. Never had a problem with service and food so keep up the good work. Just one suggestion: consider tweaking or tailoring the war cries by the waiters during birthday celebrations. I might want to order a soft harmonious acapella version for my daughter that blends nicely with the peaceful family atmosphere, almost like Christmas eve. I think the standard one size fits all aggressive, loud chant as though a village invader who has been apprehended is about to be sacrificed, might be getting old fashioned. I think this will enhance the patron's experience especially when you have several birthdays being celebrated on the day . It tends to become repetitive and hard on the ears. Went to spur for Iftaar today for my birthday.. The wings and falooda was great but overall I was so disappointed. As soon as we received our meal I tasted the onion rings and they were soggy and not even coated well... We called the waitress and she immediately took it back and gave us a new batch. There wasn't much of a difference with the new batch .. The cheddamelt steak was horribly cooked, I couldn't have more than a bite. I had no energy to even complain.. We just packed our food and left. Very disappointing especially after a long fast.. I won't be eating steak for a while after that. The quality of food at the Rosebank branch has really deterioted. A real waste of my money honestly and definitely not a memorable birthday dinner...

Had a lovely lunch. The steak was well done and service was good. I always enjoy the cheddarmelt steak! The summer cooler in black cherry was nice as was the Pina colada but personally I prefer sticking to cola tonic !
