Adilia was absolutely amazing in terms of the care shown to both our child and ourselves and the. The results have been great and mainly arise from the excellent space she created conducive to growth and reflection.

When I met Adilia I was a mess. I also work in the mental health field, so it was initially difficult for me to admit that I was drowning... To my surprise, I felt at ease with her quite quickly. She didn't allow me to wallow for very long - what I like is that Adilia is action-oriented and holds one accountable for one's own change. Adilia is an astute listener, she remembers Everything and has a knack of bringing humour into dark spaces, just at the right moment. Adilia is direct and to the point, but gentle when necessary... I could be honest with her & I knew I'd receive exactly that back. I've had more than a few therapists in my life, but Adilia I stuck with - and I'm comfortable to recommend her. 🙂

Apart from some uncomfortable (but good intentioned) comments about race and some usage of outdated terms regarding mental health I had an overall positive experience that resulted in a lot of progress and growth for myself during a particularly hard time in life. Adilia is kind and very easy to talk to.
