This review is two-fold. I enjoy speaking to my therapist. It lifts the weight off chest allowing me to breathe for a little bit. I most admire their desire to help. They don’t care about the money and see that part as a necessary formality to ensure all their staff are paid as they rightly deserve. You can tell they doing it help people. And as someone who is in dire need of help it makes this world seem a little less dark.

Taking the first step to therapy is so nerve wracking. You don’t sleep the night before anxious. You get a nanny to take care of your child on that Saturday Morning just to get to the practice and they have incorrectly scheduled your session for another day . Very disappointed . Did not have the session waited for 30minutes and left .
