I have been seeing Nazeera for almost a year, and what she has done for me in such a short space of time has been nothing short of amazing. Change/Acceptance/ Surender doesn’t happen easily, and Nazeera was the only therapist that was able to get me there and to a point where I was so happy, content and peaceful within myself within a span of a few months. There were really significant things in my life which I struggled with and I didn’t know how to figure it all out but she helped me tremendously and without her, I wouldn’t have been able to get to that point of absolute peace and take more control of my life. I also always appreciated her honesty, it wasn’t always easy for me to hear some of the things she needed to share but it was so important for me to hear and reflect on. I would highly recommend Nazeera to anyone that is ready to change their life, she has made such a big difference to my life and I am truly grateful that our paths crossed.

After having a bad experience with therapy 2 years ago, I never thought I would go back. However, once I found Naz, therapy is now something I genuinely enjoy instead of dread. She is kind, understanding and incredibly patient. I feel more heard and understood than I ever have in my life. I couldn’t ask for a better therapist. In a short space of time, I already feel like I’ve learnt so much and I love seeing the small changes in my life that makes me a happier person.

Naz has been such a great coach and influence in my life and I can never thank her enough for this, she has taught me a lot of coping techniques and help me get through dark times in my life. It took me almost over a year for me to admit I needed help, it was a huge struggle but Naz made me feel comfortable from the first session, I always feel like I’m being heard and cared for, she’s extremely patient, supportive and kind. I recently went through an extremely tough transition period, moving from one country to another again but this time to the Netherlands and had to learn a new language on top of the new culture, new people, new house etc. Talking to Naz, was not only therapeutic because she's a coach and counsellor, she's a wise sounding board BUT sessions with her, also made it possible for me to see the overwhelming obstacles I had in front of me as achievable challenges, which I could overcome step by step. And implementing the techniques she had taught me during our sessions was truly invaluable to me during this period. Huge thank you Naz!
