I loved the customer service by a lovely staff member. I think her name was Kopano or something. Really lovely lady

Saturday 08 January. I checked Cine Centre website and thety were advertising a 14.00 show of Mufasa. I went to the cinema. Ouside on the digital board they were advertising the same screening. I proceeded to the Popcorn counter only to be told that the manager has instructed them not to sell tickets for the 14.00 show. Hell, if you not going to honour advertised times , why waste peoples time. I wasted my time going to your cinema. Terribly unprofessional service

Staff at the popcorn counter were actually rather rude. I don't see why two people needed to take my small order. It created unnecessary confusion and attitude from one of the staff members. It was not busy. There was no rush.

Really well priced movies, very clean and good service, enjoyed the movie and experience

The worse cinema to visit we were 4 people coming to see movies and we were here on tuesday they told us they facing some technical issue they will give us complimentary tickit and we must come back today which is 7 jan we are here and they telling us it was only morning show which was working and we must come back tomorrow and i booked tickit online and while facing this issue they showing us attitude and lauging at us The worst worst cinema to vist as they not even updating on there website and there is not facilities for manager everyone is looking at each other faces AND LEDIES ARE EATING CUSTOMERS POPCORN
