Karaoke Kong

I went for my birthday and the most stunning time! The food was so delicious, and reasonably priced!! The service was beyond amazing, the most amazing waitresses! Also I genuinely had the most amazing birthday. They let us sing like at least 30 songs! Cant wait to go back 🙂

Karaoke King is always a vibe. It’s a fun evening out for friends or a special occasion like a birthday or bachelorette party. Everyone sings along with whoever is on stage, whether you know them or not. The cocktails are tasty but I feel like the food could be amped up a little bit. The servers are friendly and it is always busy so if you don’t want to just stand around book a table in advance.

The only downfall of this place is the location, Melville at night, just isn't the same as it used to be. Everything else was an absolute vibe. The food was served quickly and was amazing, we got a platter but the food going to the tables around us looked so good. The cocktails were made just with the right amount of everything. The service was incredible, truly don't know how they did it. But hats off to them. The music was a good volume until late into the night. The booths were really comfy. The layout for the stage was so much fun. There's also another section outside with the bathrooms that were well maintained and still had screens to sing along too. Also had a section for outside smoking. Please stay safe though, Melville is just not what it used to be before.

Had a great date night with my wife the other day! We really enjoyed ourselves, and went up the stage to sing a few songs. Great place to unwind and have fun. We ordered a platter for two, and the meat was quite delicious. Great place to unwind.

I absolutely love the space. The karaoke on Saturday’s is phenomenal. The service is fast especially given that the place was full. The crowd is a lovely crowd. Kudus to this place and its team. I will forever come back here when I’m in Johannesburg, South Africa.
