The staff here is very friendly, starting from the female security that was on duty on the day.
Staff was helpful too, I went in looking for 1 item therefore I didn't take the basket. I however ended up getting a few items because they had a lot of items on special prices, so one of the staff members brought me a basket

Waited too long on the queue while there were 7 staff cashiers by the till bank, when I got to the pay point I had to ask the cashier to focus on ringing my items as he was busy talking to his colleagues and I was in an emergency situation, I had to explain to him that I really need to go due to a situation of which I feel that I violated my privacy to get his attention... Worst service ever

I was not pleased today yesterday I bought sandals for my son at Arkermans kerk street Johannesburg today I send him with my maid for a shopping on their way out a security lady hold my 6yr old son asking for a receipt of the sandals he was wearing and my maid tried to explain that we bought them yesterday she didn't listen she detained my son for 20mins till I went with the receipt um very disappointee
