I’ve been with Kylie and her team for three months now and I’m honestly so happy at the Pilates Guru studio. The team are so efficient, professional, well trained and prepared for people with all kinds of fitness levels and needs. The team has taught me that my mind and body are capable of anything if I put my mind to it. The studio is always clean with changing rooms, toilets, cleaning detergents for the equipment. There are also many different types of training equipment provided for the classes that they offer. My favourite classes are Pilates mat intermediate/mixed levels and athletic reformer. Very great spot to destress with a low impact but intentional practice ✨✨✨

Fritz is an amazing pilates instructor. I have been attending his classes for several years. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience, with training not only healthy individuals but also those that have challenges. He has helped people with multiple sclerosis (MS) and Guillain–Barré Syndrome (GBS). His classes are always interesting and challenging. In some instances he modifies exercises for an individual in a group class, as not all exercises are a one size fits all. He also has a light hearted nature that often has the class laughing at his wonderfully amusing catch phrases. I really appreciate all the effort Fritz puts into his sessions.

This is such a beautiful and peaceful Pilates Studio situated in the middle of Melrose.

I began attending after I fell pregnant in order to continue exercising more gently. It helped me so much with the pelvic pain I was experiencing. Our instructor Shaakira is so kind and professional. She gives each student one on one attention and really tailors each session to your individual needs.

There is no judgment and ALL bodies are welcome! Thank you to all the special people at Wellbean for being you. All Pilates equipment is sanitized after every single class. I had never done Pilates and was not sure how the online lessons will be like. I was impressed from my first session. It was about 40 min but It felt great. I could follow the moves and they were not too hard. You don’t feel muscle strained but you definitely do feel you have given your body some good exercise. This is my first month and I must say I have enjoyed the Pilates and mindfulness sessions. Bernadene is a great teacher, she challenges us and offers support.
There are classes for beginners and intermediate level. So you can chose sessions according your level. You have the option to book morning, afternoon or evening sessions.
