Chris and his team of coaches are extremely welcoming, friendly and always go far and beyond to meet your training needs. 152 is with out a doubt the BEST CrossFit and functional training facility within the Northern suburbs. I would highly recommend coming and trying it out, as I can assure you, you won’t be disappointed! 5 stars all around!

Awesome private gym in Deco Park. Lots of parking at the front door, a Vitality machine for check-in and points, and a broad range of new equipment. Recommend the boxing classes in the evenings and on Saturdays
