The team is incredibly helpful and noticed right away I was new and came to assist me. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable and knew how to do each movement properly, even though I had no idea what I was doing.
It's a friendly environment with all the equipment you could need. New, well thought out workouts on the board every day. A real gem if you want to get fit and have fun doing it. I can't recommend it highly enough.

My home away from home! One of the best boxes out there. Paulo is a fantastic coach. He's constantly helping the newbies get settled and the pros further develop their skills. The people in the box are genuine and there's a definite team environment. Having a great environment to get fit definitely helps you remain steadfast.

Wow! What can I say but I am hooked, extremely friendly team, treats you like family. Paulo is an amazing leader, very accomodating, treats you with respect, goes the extra mile to get you settled in. The gym members are also awesome, very friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a home away from home, then Pure Fitness is the place. Highly recommend them.
