The worst customer service. The guy who I think is the manager is rude and unkind. He is extremely rude.. Rude to clients and the staff. The ladies who work there will just leave you for 10mins without saying where they are going... but they do hair beautifully. If you value good customer experience this is definitely not the place.

They need to work on bettering their customer service and take adequate care for African hair. Hair dry and pulling of the hairline are a big issue for me but other great value for money and those ladies do their thing when it comes to hair

After waiting over an hour for someone to do my hair, i got braids done and they started falling out the very next day. Its now 4 days later half the braids have fallen out. Very poor service. I certainly would not recommend.
