Overall great shopping experience. There was parking on the premises. Covid restrictions were followed very rigorously so I felt quite comfortable in the store. They had knowledgeable staff to assist with the products. The store was exceptionally neat and tidy. They were well stocked. I had a specific request that they were happy to accommodate. Definitely worth a visit

I hope I don't sound too harsh to the ladies who served us. I have been using Krylon for over 20 years always getting a good service from the receptionist to make-up artist. I convinced a friend to try Krylon and I promised her and assured that she will get the best service ever to my surprise we were both so disappointed from the receptionist to the make-up artist..They looked at us as if we were there to serve them. We know that Covid-19 is not a joke, but the service we received was unprofessional.

I order my Kryolin products online. Delivery is quick. If I have a query, I call through and I've been so impressed with the friendly efficient manner of the staff. Called on Saturday and spoke to Nadia. She was so helpful.
