Why are these people STILL selling animals. They need to be stopped! ANIMALS IN THE STORE? WALK OUT THE DOOR! No one should be profiting from the sale of an animal, never mind selling sick animals. So many complaints about sick animals being sold. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE!!

I’m Extremely disgusted with this place! I bought a kitten from the owner 2 weeks ago for my wife’s birthday, I asked the owner to keep her for an extra week as it was too early for my wife’s birthday . The following week I went to collect and we had her in our possession for 3 days and she got terribly ill. She had to be hospitalised for two days and unfortunately she didn’t make it though the night. The vet had informed that the kitten was too young to have left her mother ( she was 4 weeks). The guy at the pet store told me of her age, but I was completely unaware of this situation. I’m extremely disappointed that he wouldn’t think to inform me of this situation! I’m so afraid that they would Do This to someone else , the emotional pain this caused is inexcusable

this is the best pet store i have 6 birds they are all so sweet and we are soon going for a little kitten

Purchased a cat from our pets in Norwood , 6th of April 2025 - a week later the kitten was sick and tested positive for both feline aids and feline lukemia , absolutely disgusting that they can sell a sick animal and pass it off as healthy , will never support this business again in any way shape or form , just read the other reviews here they speak for themself

these creepy gangster looking old men sell kittens that are way too young to be taken away from mom. when you call and ask they say the kittens are 7 weeks old but once you see them, they’re no older than 4 weeks and they’re kept in a filthy cage right next to puppies barking madly. poor kitties must be so frightened ADOPT DONT SHOP and definitely report them to ‘ban animal trading’. 2k for a kitten unvaccinated is insanity and just plain greedy.
