This was my fur babies first time doing the full grooming process and I have to say how amazing this team was! Booking was extremely easy, and service was incredible. My babies look amazing! Will recommend to ANYONE!!!! I also have big dogs, and they handled them amazingly. Started with them not wanting to go in to the truck and ended with me having to chase them out because they wanted to keep going back for more . thank you guys.

Paws Gone Wild Grooming has been absolutely incredible every time! The groomers are so kind and gentle and loving towards our two rescue doggies - that were initially terrified of going into the van to get groomed, but now have gotten to know that they are handled with such love and kindness that they go in willingly. The guys were very friendly and gentle. I watched them. The reason for the low review is due to the following. Not all of my dogs nails were cut. (I understand the whole cutting beyond the bloodline thing). I've attached pictures. The thing I was most unhappy about when I asked about the toothbrushes being new. The guys said yes but they were just in a plastic container unsealed I'm some white liquid. Who knows if this was used on another dog and put into the liquid to be cleaned. This can spread diseases between dogs. Alicia reached out to me and clarified all of the above. The 1 nail was an issue to cut and the other nail was genuinely missed which she offered to come out and do. The toothbrushes are new in the mornings and cleaned throughout the day. Communication to customers in the beginning stages need to improve. But good afters ales service.
