Prompt delivery to local depot where we were able to pick up & that way saved a considerable amount on charges. Our nectar feeder is great. Well designed, strong & unfussy. We got an immediate response when we struggled to unplug the spout. Unfortunately, we cant seem to attract any birds yet….. heres hoping they find their treat soon!

Overall store is very nice clean and professional with good stock. However I can never over look when Bettas are kept in small cups, if they get sold quick I can somewhat understand, but I could smell the cups of water from a looking distance away so that water wasn’t changed for at least a day or two, for a store as big as this I would expect better….. will happily change my review if that is sorted and they are separated in tanks rather…
