Useless, incompetent and rude. Set up an account and made my first purchase. 4 days later I have still no word of shipping. Contacted one of their persons through the WhatsApp link and had to encourage him like a 4 year old to help me. I was then told there was no stock even though it stated so on the website when purchasing. Then he has the nerve to tell me I have to phone so and so to get a refund. I have after 5 days received a refund, but not even a sorry, can we help with anything else, or thanks for your business. Stay away from these horrible people.

I bought new equipment that arrived as used and defective. When I called in I was met with a very rude sales person who eventually passed the phone to Mohammed (the owner) who was exceptionally rude and accused me of swapping the goods with defective items. Have you ever?? Imagine selling crap to a supporting customer just to kick them to the kerb post the sale. Be aware that once you have paid then the rest is history, adios mr customer and thanks for your money.... How these guys stay in business is beyond me.
