I wish I could give Michelin Star reviews because Duncan and his team definitely deserve more than just 5 stars! We worked with Duncan to bring our cat, Ohana, with us to the Netherlands from South Africa in 2017. This year (2025), we’re returning to SA, and once again trusted Animal Travel Agency with her journey. Her return was very sudden, and the team truly moved meowntains to make sure she arrived safely and in perfect health. I can’t even explain the time crunch and stress we were under, but through it all, our baby (the cat) was in the best hands. Everything went absolutely smoothly - from organizing her import permit in time, to collecting her upon arrival and safely dropping her off - despite the tight timeline. They made the impossible, possible. You simply won’t find better service or more genuine love for your pet. Animal Travel Agency is hands down the best. As soon as she arrived in Cape Town, they sent me photos right away, which helped this meowmy on the other side of the world calm down instantly. Honestly, I highly, highly recommend the team at Animal Travel Agency - you won’t be disappointed.

We reached out to Animal Travel Agency to help get our Cat Whiskers over to the USA. Damien assisted us from the start and we are very happy with the pivotal role he played in ensuring our cat reaches us safely. We could not be more happy with the end result.

Sam was AMAZING. She managed to get our two cats to us in the Netherlands in just over a week (or less?) after reaching out to her. She never doubted the process and made me feel at ease each step of the way. The flight our cats were meant to take was cancelled at 21:30 in the evening. Sam sprung into action and her team collected our cats and kept them for an evening before attempting flight two the following night. They arrived with us so calm and the carrier they were in was very spacious. Would HIGHLY recommend Sam and her team.

Sam helped ship our two Jack Russell's from SA to Cyprus. She was brilliant and went out of her way to ensure that their flight was as stress free as possible. Would strongly recommend using them.

Animal Travel has been nothing but AMAZING during the long process of getting my two dogs from South Africa to Australia. Samantha was absolutely BRILLIANT and went the extra mile for me and my epileptic furbaby to ensure he was okay!
