I had a great experience at Asetos Computers. My laptop’s power supply was not working. They diagnosed the issue quickly and professionally. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was wrong in simple terms. The repair was done faster than I expected, and the pricing was fair and transparent. I really appreciated the updates they provided throughout the process, and my computer is now running like new. Tumi & the crew gave us excellent service although they were closing at 14:00. After months of trying to repair our Microsoft Surface & Apple Mabbook I think we finally found the right store to repair our tech stuff. Thank you so much guys have a lovely Sunday afternoon

Excellent service at Asetos Rosebank and the lady at a front desk is so friendly. I took my laptop there yesterday and it was fixed same day. I'm happy with their service and my laptop, but I will give them 4 stars since they didn't place all my screws on a laptop.

Fantastic service from Asetos when my laptop decied to not turn on and I was in panic mode. They kept me updated regularly and knew what the issue was within a couple hours. Though the whole service took longer than expected due to having to order a part from overseas, but once arrived, my laptop was returned in perfect working order - as good as new! Highly recommended and would come to them again!

i had a power issue with the laptop, it was fixed the same day, staff is kind and very welcoming, they'll explain everything to you, they keep in touch with you laptop. The only problem i removed one star was that, on Saturday , their opening time on the website is 9H30 and they opened around 9h55, so they were kinda late to open, but is was fine. i have nothing ill to say about them because they are good.
