I had an amazing haircut yesterday with Ken: she understood exactly what I wanted & delivered perfection.Very professional techniques where she took great care to blend my short cut and thin out where needed.Thank you!!

Disappointing service , booked and paid for a Gel removable and mini manicure for my daughter and received a very rough removal with 0 manicure , when asked how service was I did indicate the service we received and then just received 0 feedback . First time visiting this Sorbet , not sure if they treated my daughter this way because she is younger but won't be returning

Today after triple checking with the store if they have the necessary products to put my tape ins in (as I have had a problem before) they assured me they had the products I needed. I had brought my own tapes into the shop to show them the difference between regular double sided tape and a professional hair product that doesn’t get stuck in your hair when you try to take them out. Lynn the owner of this stores confirms that the double sided tape they use in my hair (any regular blue double sided tape) is a professional hair product so I proceed with my treatment. In my opinion- The owner really shouldn’t be a business owner she has a very nasty and ugly way of dealing with issues in her store and should not be able to own a sorbet hair salon based on the promises and signage all around the store of what sorbet stands for. She is a shocking owner and has no business skills or way of running a professional dry bar. She does not train her staff properly and further more does not provide them with the products to do their job! Greed will get you no where in a business like this. The previous time I purchased for R6000 (5 packs) 14 inches, my extensions she did not have the correct colours in place and I thus had to dye (a completely different colour to the others) the extensions as she only purchased 3 packets instead of 5 because she is too greedy to outlay the money. My tapes are the white ones that are specific for hair (which comes in a black box) And Sorbet’s are the blue regular double sided tape in the pictures. Oh but not to stress I got a R50 discount and will probably lose a head of hair the next time I take them out. I also once watched them burn a ladies hair next to me with dye (trying to go from dark brunette to blonde) she was bald at the end of it.

Had a hair trim with Precious and it was cut to completely different lengths. Absolutely appalled.
