Bob Cuts Hair Salon

I was quoted R1600- for crochet and was told to pay R1000- deposit. On the appointment day there was 1 stylist and 2 people ahead of me..no electricity and no Brazilian. My hair was not done and that was 7 Feb to date my deposit has not been refunded. I keep getting excuses. Do not pay any deposit to this salon. You will not get your money back. It's a scam not a business

I was at the Bobcut salon (Midrand) this afternoon doing classic lashes, I do not like my lashes at all, 1. They are irritating, 2. They are uneven, 3. They are coming out already, 4. There are other lashes sticking out, 5. The lady kept pulling the lashes out while installing to a point that my eyes were sore, the eye drops helped a bit but still painful 6. The installation took long because she kept installing, drying, installing, and drying due to the lashes coming out and irritating and had to call someone else that doesn’t work there to help her cut the irritating lashes. Looks like the lady is incompetent

Went to the Midrand branch, the service was extremely bad. I went there to wash my hair and do braids. I waited for about 15 mins with no assistance because the hairdressers was not at work The guy at the reception (whom I assume is the manager) request one of their nail tech to wash my hair while I wait for the hairdresser. baby girl knew nothing about hair and I ended up living the salon with damp hair because I couldn’t stand how she kept pulling my hair during the hair dying process

I almost lost my eyesight because of rude and unprofessional eye lash fake tech Nthabi she didn’t even act concerned when she put glue in my eyes, she made fun of me when I was crying, she didn’t even say thanks after I tapped my card on the machine after doing the worst eye lash job I’ve ever experienced, she is rude and speaks Sestwana although k said I don’t understand the language, I’m never coming to this salon, worst experience ever but so expensive. Ordered a wig on the 3rd of December and I was told to fetch it the following day at 4 . I went on the 5th to fetch it and it was not done . The guy I found there asked a lady named Slindile to please do it was I was willing to wait. The rude lady Slindile said she won't do it as me ill be asking how far with a very disrespectful tone . The customer service is really disheartening.
