Absolutely worth it, Brandon was my stylist and he was really nice and gentle throughout my appointment. He also adjusted my hair without me having to ask because he knew what my best interest was. I was pleasantly surprised and will go again without question.

Brandon was born to do what he does. I often say to people that my hair looks better as soon as he has touched my hair - he's truly gifted and has created a space where people can feel valued. It's noticed in how he treats his staff and clients alike. Humble, gorgeous, talented man with a stellar business and attitude.

My experience with Cellardoor could not have been more wonderful. From the greeting coming into the space from Antoinette, to the washing of my hair by Venus, to then the final consultation and cut with Deagan, thank you so very much. I felt so well taken care of

I asked for my hair to be finished with the flat iron and instead the girls used a wand, which is not great for my hair because it's so thick it doesn't hold. Staff seem content with allowing their clients to use foul language in the public spaces despite children being present- I don't care how many girls you "crushed" over the weekend....I don't actually want to hear it amd the staff should've used their professional judgement and either taken him to a more private room or asked him to just be mindful of his language. Top it off, I call to give feedback and I get nothing back. I came because of the ratings, I'll stay away because of this one very poor experience.

Lovely place with great service. Worth the drive from Pretoria. Well priced and I love my styling.
