Firstly. My chrome nails began to chip off after 2 days doing them. After going on in to get them fix a nail peeled off so clearly the application of the polygel was not correct. I'm never coming to do my nails here ever again because after getting my nail fixed another one has come off. And they aren't cheap. Never never never again. And I was told this is one of their best nail techs. Yohhhhh hai Sanna.

The receptionist booked my appointment for a wax when I specifically requested for a threading. When the receptionist confirmed my appointment, she still had it booked as a wax even after I had instructed her to change it to a threading booking. She absolutely didn't not care to provide good customer service. Mistakes happen, but when a person still doesn't correct it after it has been identified, this is poor attitude and lack of effort. I hope the owner sees this because this business last a customer.

Be careful when you pay. They often give you a higher price than the list price. And when you ask for explanations they "satisfy" you by saying that they will give you a "discount" next time.... But there will not be a next time. Paid in the end 600 rand instead of 500 (+ 50 tip). Enjoy them. A regular (or not regular) customer should not be treated like this

Appalling post-treatment service. Gelish nailpolish began peeling after just over a week, despite me taking best care of my nails. Manager refused to speak to us or return the call. Expected me to pay again for treatment at a 'discount'. Why should I? The fault is that of the nail tech who failed to apply properly. I will never go back there, nor will I recommend anyone I know to go there. There's many other spas to choose from. Every client is important. These people don't value their clients, so they won't be getting anymore of my money. Just appalling!

I had a pedi with Ruth early this morning. I commend heron her mannerism and the excellent treatment.
