All my document where submitted by my previous workplace, with every little information needed for my claim to be paid out. two months later my claim is not paid out, I have to call them and every lady I get is so rude on the phone, I'm being told they don't have my tax number. Why they don't call my previous employer for my tax number leaves me with a big question mark. I want my money, for 3 years I've been contributing to my provident fund. Stop giving me the run around I want my money. Your service and employees are really really bad.
