This is a great gym, whether you're super fit, or a certified couch potato. The trainers will ensure you are challenged, while also taking into account your fitness level and any injuries you might have. There's a real sense of community too - you never feel like just a number. The trainers really care about you, and want to ensure you're having a good experience. It's a really tough workout, but it's a lot of fun, and I can't recommend Boxfit more highly. I've been training there for almost three years, and it's changed my life.
