If I could give this amazing team 1000000 ⭐️ I probably would give them even more!
I cannot thank Pinky and the amazing team enough for making my dream wedding dress a reality! My journey to finding the perfect dress didn’t start well—at another bridal store, a consultant told me I was too fat and needed to lose weight before I could find something that fit. That experience left me feeling discouraged and heartbroken.
But then I walked into this store, and everything changed. Pinky welcomed me with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. She pulled dresses that fit me perfectly, making me feel beautiful, confident, and truly like a bride. When I finally found the dress, I was overjoyed but worried about not being able to pay upfront. Instead of turning me away, the team went above and beyond to make my dream come true.
Thanks to them, I’ll be walking down the aisle in a dress that makes me feel like the best version of myself. If you're a plus-size bride or anyone who wants to feel valued and celebrated, I cannot recommend this team enough!

I found my dream dress at Bride and Co but had a really awful experience thereafter. I had to go for multiple fittings as every time the seamstress fixed something, something else went wrong. On my second fitting, the staff could not find my dress and there was no one manning the front desk - something that seemed to be a recurring problem. Renovations were happening in the shop and the venue was a mess and incredibly dusty - not quite the bridal experience! Eventually, on my 6th fitting it was taken in too much (despite me asking for the size to remain untouched) and the integrity of the dress was compromised. On collection, it had not been cleaned properly and I was asked to collect it the following day - when I arrived to collect it, for the second time, it was not ready and a rush job to fix the straps was performed; as a result the straps were damaged and needed to be replaced. I eventually told the staff that I did not want them to do anything else and I just wanted to take my dress home where I would find another bridal shop and dry cleaner to try and repair the damage they did.
I don’t believe in trashing companies and businesses, but I believe very strongly that this is a once in a lifetime experience for a woman and mine was ruined. I would hate for other brides to feel the same way. Be reminded: you get what you pay for - and yes the dresses are gorgeous and a bargain, but the service is indicative of the reasonable price. I strongly recommend spending a bit more money and getting the proper bridal experience elsewhere or even just doing your alterations at a reputable bridal shop as ‘Bride and Co, Rivonia’ are really not up to scratch.

I did not find my dream dress however I am so happy with the experience I had and I would highly recommend going here to try on dresses for any occasion!

Lindy was incredibly attentive and helpful for my daughter’s fitting. She knew exactly what dresses could suit my daughter. A bit later Langa joined to help with final details like hair clips, straps, shoes etc. All in all a very pleasant experience. Thankyou ladies for being so patient and caring

If I could give 0 starts I would.
Got married last year June and I got the "perfect dress" but it needed alterations as they didn't have any other dress like that supposedly as it was from their Australian branch. All the dresses were filthy, and I received no help to pick a dress or put it on. After finding it myself, I left it in their hands for alterations which I made sure was done way ahead of the wedding (6 months), yet i still only ended up getting my dress 4 days before my wedding after I had to put up the biggest fight of my life for them to do basic alterations, when they wanted to hand the dress over to me there was literally blue marks from where they had made marks to alter it, after they had promised it has been dry cleaned, the breast cup was falling down to the hem which was a problem THEY caused, and they hadn't done any of the basic alterations required. I was refunded a % of the dress and they did end up fixing it after I had to wait in store for probably 3 hours trying to get my dress 4 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING. They left such a sour taste in my mouth and caused such unnecessary stress, I would highly recommend to NOT go to them at all!
