TRASH GYM! NOTHING EVER WORKS AT THIS GYM!!! I MEAN NOTHING!!! THE LOCKERS DON'T LOCK SO YOUR STUFF IS NOT SAFE!!! THE SHOWERS DON'T WORK, THE TOILETS DON'T WORK!!! THE MACHINE WORKS FOR ONE DAY AND THE NEXT DAY IT'S BROKEN FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH!!! THE STEAMROOM DOESN'T WORK!!!!!! THE STAFF IS SOMETIMES RUDE, ESPECIALLY THE SHORT GUY WHO THINKS IT'S HIS GYM. I'VE NEVER BEEN THIS DISAPPOINTED IN MY LIFE .....

There’s no getting out of your contract without them dishonestly extorting you of your very last penny . On 15 August I went in and told them of my intention to cancel membership end of August , was advised that my cancellation fee would be lower if I came back month end. Went back month end (30 Aug) only to be told that my cancellation fee would include a debit order that has already been scheduled for the month ahead and I’ll just have to use the gym for the following month, essentially making my cancellation fee higher than previously . I told them I’m moving and will be far from this gym and this is not what I was advised when I came in on the 15th. The Joe Zuma guy rudely told me to take it or leave it and told me ‘goodbye’. I asked what about the advice I was given and I was told he doesn’t know who gave me that advice . Super hostile guy and the general service there is very hostile . I’ve never seen someone fight (misguidedly ) and give a nasty attitude so passionately for a company that’s not his, wish he gets a promotion. I guess if you live in the area you have no choice but to take this gym coz it’s the only one around but brace yourself for the terrible treatment and the extortion when getting out of your contract.

Gets quiet packed sometimes, parking is not readily available, the gym is just okay, nothing modest about it.

Worst gym I’ve ever been to. Cancelled my membership after one month because of the terrible service from one of the receptionists, rude, unruly always sullen faced. Had to block the gym from my account to stop and reverse the fraudulent debit orders that went through. Please, for peace of mind and your sanity, go to literally any other gym.

Good if you are genuinely just paying to use the equipment, ceiling is in a state, no light coming into the space downstairs, air conditioning is something to be desired, smell of sweat hits you as soon as you get into the gym
