So I got offered a redo (based on my previous complaint about the Cresta branch) and chose Melrose Arch instead... Listtteeen!!! Melrose Carlton is top tier. I got introduced to my stylist on arrival (Kelly - who is an absolute gem, in addition to being a bomb hairdresser) and was offered an amazing coffee. There was little to no waiting time, and my hair came out exactly how I wanted it. My fringe was trimmed to perfection, the finishing look was beach wave deluxe, and the Davines treatment was just what my brittle hair needed. Thank you so, so much Kelly and Melrose Arch Carlton.

I had an amazing experience at Carlton Hair with Cheyenne today. She gave me the perfect cut and colour- exactly what I wanted, but it looks even better than I imagined. Not only was Cheyenne incredibly skilled but also made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire appointment. The atmosphere in the salon was warm and welcoming. I always have the most wonderful experience at Carlton hair Melrose Arch. Lary is such a wonderful and experienced hair stylist and gives the most amazing hair cuts and blow waves for my naturally curly hair that I also like to wear straight sometime (best of both worlds). She also gives the best advise and always has your best interest in mind - always such a treat to get my hair done by her and to have a good chat! The entire environment is really relaxing and feels like a 5 star experience.

I recently moved to Johannesburg from the UK and spent sometime looking for the perfect hair stylist, then I came across Cheyenne. She's amazing, I had my hair coloured and cut recently and was so happy with it!! The salon is also lovely, great atmosphere and lovely products!
