I got my hair colored here. It was amazing! The staff were amazing and friendly and the service was great! Every effort was put in up get me my desired look while also keeping me comfortable. The stylist Gabi was well prepared for my appointment before I even got there and had informed me of each of the steps as we were going along. She also showed me an example of what it could look like on a strand test before actually moving forward.

Lerato was so amazing! Received the best blow dry & head massage. Her service & attitude was lovely. Honestly such a great stylist!

If you're looking for someone to do something incredible with your colour, run don't walk to Gabi at Carlton! I've never had such an amazing colour experience in my life and I'll never go to anyone else again. I asked for all-over caramel honey highlights which would grow out very naturally and look super natural too. She gave me exactly what I asked for and I know I won't need to go back for another year now because of how softly this colour will blend and grow out with my darker natural colour which we've left showing at the roots blended with the lighter parts. Cannot recommend Gabi highly enough plus I had an amazing head massage from Claudi.

I visited Carlton Hair This Friday for my brows and enquired about my hair cause ive been wanting my hair done in a specific way, Cameron was so pleasant, Kind, and his energy was incredible! He GOT my colour exactly the way i wanted it, the cut was incredible, ive never been happier! Definitely found my hairstylist for keeps!

I would NOT recommend anyone to go to Lena Brows inside Carlton Hair. TERRIBLE customer service! I made an appointment to laminate my brows during my lunch hour. I arrived on time but had to still wait 20 minutes. When I was finally attended to, I had to leave because I had run out of time and could no longer do the brow lamination I had booked and made time for because I would’ve been late getting back to work. The lady did not even communicate with me during the entire time when I was waiting for her to start and finish up with a walk-in client (meanwhile I had made an appointment, which should take preference over a walk-in). No apology, no explanation, absolutely no communication whatsoever until it was entirely too late. So disappointing and a complete waste of time!
