I called Joy as the website says call instead of message. We lost our cat baby who was with us for 10 years and I wanted to gift her with money for the amazing work that I thought she did for rescue cats. She was rude, did not give me a chance to talk or explain why I had contacted her and also put the phone down on me. I was so shocked and sent her a message to let her know that God must bless her for the amazing work that she portrays she does and that I would consider sponsoring. Very sad indeed to be treated so badly without getting a word in and at the end of the day, the cats she looks after would benefit. I pray that God can make miss Joy a bit more joyous and kind. The cats will certainly benefit from it

Please stay away from Joy. My wife just called Joy to enquire about a Percian cat. After watching her videos on Facebook, we thought she will be a friendly and caring person. Oh boy, were we wrong. She is rude and has an attitude problem. I wonder how she gets any of her cats adopted. Realy Joy, get your atitude in order or give the business to someone who loves cats and know how to treat people.

I would give a zero star if I could. This woman Joy is by far one of the rudest humans I have come across on the face of the earth. She should change her name from Joy to Misery. She sounds mentally unstable and urgently needs professional specialist help. She sounds like she has serious psychological issues. Miserable old woman.

I Called Joy to make some enquiries about kittens. She is extremely rude and didn’t give me a chance to talk. She kept yelling “go away” and screaming on the phone. Horrible attitude I don’t know why she's allowed to take care of cats if she’s such an awful abrupt human being. Poor cats I hope they’re okay.

Very poor service, I phoned and had a few enquiries and I was called an idiot over the phone and the phone was put down in my ear before hearing about my enquiries . Disgusting service. And this joy woman is just pure one of the rudest people ive ever spoken to.
