Great place. The aestheticians & therapist are very warm and friendly. They also give good advice and don’t make you feel like a cash cow. Been going to them when in town for a number of years now

Not only will you feel at home the moment you arrive, you will also feel like a pampered queen by the time you leave, all for the most reasonable prices! Rozelle goes the extra mile for you in the salon, leaving your hair beautiful, shiny, and healthy, and Gemma is an absolute pro with the laser hair removal machine! Everyone who works at Dolce Vita is friendly, kind, and professional. I can’t recommend Dolce Vita enough!

I booked with Sharrine for a wolf cut(layers). It was my first time at Dolce Vita on recommendation. The team was welcoming, and the environment was comfortable. However, as the hairdresser started cutting the layers I started feeling a bit uneasy. I asked for a side fringe but was told that a middle path would be better suited. I agreed, putting my faith in the hairdresser. After blow-drying and styling, it looked okay. After getting home and brushing my hair, I saw that it was very uneven (even though it was done with a middle path) The top layers are very short and the sides aren’t equal. Nothing is blended. It seems like the styling was done to cover all the mistakes of the stylist. I went to another hairdresser to get a professional opinion and was told I would have to go much shorter to even begin to fix the problems or wait to have it grow out and then start again. I put a complaint through with the manager after this all happened who was very accommodating and assisted me with a full refund. Unfortunately, this doesn’t help my current styling issue. I did look through reviews to ease my mind before going to Dolce Vita and was very disappointed with my experience.
