Prof Modi and Dr Zax Modi was very helpful and professional. Staffs are all helpful and great service. When I have concern for my skin I will rather go to them. Thanks to all.

To all those who read this review: DO NOT BE DECIEVED BY THE GOOD REVIEWS. I had seen Modi twice before with little improvement, and then then my condition worsened afterwards I then consulted my father and he advised that I should see Modi again TODAY Monday 28 October 2024 I met him When I entered upon the Dr and he asked my condition I told him I had gotten worse since I've seen him before, without a second thought he said ' I can't treat you' with an attitude of pessimism. Told the Dr I was referred by my father who said ' Instead of seeing another dermatologist, why not return to Modi' . Without adding any honorifics or titles such as Professor or Doctor. He proceeds to display shock and then anger. 'Modi, huh?'. He was exceedingly angered for not being addressed as Professor or Doctor and anything like that. I felt I had made a mistake and said 'I did not mean to offend you'. He said HE WASN'T going to treat me as he was not legally required to do so. Said I shouldn't speak to him like a stupid little boy and that he is a professor. He said 'you come in here all arrogantly, dressed all religiously, your religion should teach you manners' . I was wearing Muslim attire at the time. He said he was 65 years of age and asked for mine. I replied '20'. He said I should go see another dermatologist and that every doctor I would see would be his student. He also said ' Tell your father NOT TO CALL ME MODI!' All the while I was apologizing and expressing my genuine remorse. He said he would not accept my apology and that I was arrogant (just for not calling him Professor) and that he'd give me a referral letter to go see someone else.' I don't want to ever see you' he said and said other awful things. This man has reached the epitome of arrogance, shows an inferiority complex when not addressed by honorifics, shows disdain for religion, speaks to you condescendingly and treats you like you were a street boy. He has no ethics no professionalism, he has no patience and empathy for his patients. His human value and self-worth is attached to a title and therefore isn't fit to be a doctor. It is worth noting that I never lost my composure and self respect for a moment. I said nothing to continue to aggravate him and kept apologizing. He couldn't care less to be sensible. I know doctors use their discretion when prescribing medicine and the result can be positive or negative. I am not blaming him that. I am blaming him for his sheer arrogance and bad attitude. I will never recommend him. I feel my long review is necessary and I apologize for not being brief

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Prof Modi, a truly exceptional dermatologist whose interests in his patients stretch beyond dermatology but to rather helping people with any other medical issue they have. Over the years, he has treated me showing extensive knowledge of my skin and hair conditions and treatments. His diagnostic skills are truly remarkable he draws pictures so that you understand what he means. His attention to detail and ability to listen attentively made me feel valued as a patient. Before he diagnosed me, he explained in detail what my skin was going through and how he would help to resolve the issue. Prof is by far the best dermatologist who works towards realistic results and achieves them, not magic. I would highly recommend him for any dermatological treatments. I cannot recommend him enough, an exceptional dermatologist!
