Dr. Naidoo and Adeeba have been absolutely amazing over the past 14-15 months. The care our family received has been nothing but exceptional. My second pregnancy in 2024 had a few complications, and the level of care and support during this time was nothing short of amazing. Dr. N was always transparent and caring during the difficult times. Our emergency C-section was very scary, but even through the frightening moments, she made us feel safe while keeping it real throughout our journey and delivery. Adeeba was amazing as well, always receiving us with a warm smile and helping us feel calm. Fast forward 8 months when I went in for a small procedure that went south very quickly. Dr. N provided so much care and even some laughs during this very challenging time. Both played such an important role in delivering care and compassion during the past 14-15 months, and I will forever be grateful. Thank you not just to Dr. N but also to Adeeba for the compassion and care. Best team by far, and I will recommend them 1,000 times over! You are amazing!

I hadn’t seen a gynecologist in 19 years, so I was understandably anxious about my visit to Dr. Railene. From the moment I walked through the door, I was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere at reception that immediately helped ease my nerves. Adeeba noticed my anxiety right away and was incredibly gentle and reassuring. She checked in on me regularly until it was time for me to see Dr. Naidoo. And then—Dr. Railene. What an incredible presence. She had the warmth and gentleness of a mother, and I truly mean that. Her professionalism was paired with a comforting heart, and I felt at ease almost instantly. This practice is the best experience I have had in the medical field. The staff are friendly, kind and compassionate. They made me feel safe and I think that’s most important in this field. I’ve already been recommending Dr Railene Naidoo to friends and family. She didn’t rush through my consultation. She took time with pictures and plain English to explain my condition to me and she answered my questions with patience and grace. She showed urgency when it came to attending to my condition. I’m grateful I chose this practice and this gynae.

Such a warm kind hearted and STRICT specialist. She takes time to explain possibilities- shows u pictures while explaining options. I travel from North West to Johannesburg just for her. And would go to the moon. My only regret is not finding her sooner. 1st consultation she saw a fibroid that 4previous gyneas never did. Now I dnt experience period pains anymore. All because of her blessed soul. She is more than a doctor...she is a blessing. And the reception ladies are THE BEST!!!

Walking into Dr Naidoo's office, you are welcomed by the most down to earth, kind and caring staff at reception. Dr Nadioo herself is very friendly and firm. You can tell by the pictures on the wall of all the babies she has brought into this world, that she knows what she is doing. She answers all questions with kindness and clear instructions. As a first time mom I am so happy I have Dr Naidoo by my side. She has saved my pregnancy and has done so with a motherly touch. I'm very pleased with the overall care and love from the staff and Dr Naidoo.
