The service here is always poor, the cashiers just disappears without saying anything, leaving customers waiting. Most of the time I always find one cashier working, while others are busy fooling around & laughing while customers are waiting. I always queue for more than 30 minutes even there’s only few of us in the line. Please do better maan!!! You can learn a thing or 2 from Maponya mall Edgars staff. You don’t even deserve a one rating!!!!!!

I have never went to this particular Edgars and not queue for more than 15 minutes.. mind you, there were only 3 people in front of me on the queue today but I still queued for 20 minutes.

I enjoyed my shopping here, the shop is very clean. The que at paypoint was long but moving very fast, all thanks to the hard working stuff stuff behind the tills.
