Customer Reviews

Nurses are overwhelmed, there's just too many people using that clinic. Hillbrow needs another clinic. Nurses are helpful, just don't try to be smart and disrupt the system they've created to get things moving, like jumping ques or being rude to other patients and the staff. They work hard, just sometimes you'll see some coming to work late, which happens everywhere.

We have been standing here since 07.00am. No one has attended us. Went inside to ask the security what is going on today he just said to me, " is that what you came to ask, can you just go back to the queue". How helpful of him. So l went back outside. It's 11.25as it is now. So the service in this place is something else. I feel for the kids because most of them right now are crying because if hunger and need to be changed. It's just chaos, there is no order whatsoever. My feet are aching from standing and l haven't had anything to eat because l did not expect to stand this long!!! Service is just pathetic, poor. I am disgusted honestly!!

Am deeply disappointment regarding the experience I had at Esselin Government Clinic today , which began at 10:00 AM, turned into a frustrating ordeal that did not conclude until 4:00 PM, despite the clinic not being busy. Upon arrival, I was instructed by the security personnel to wait outside. What I assumed would be a brief wait turned into an all-day event. Despite the minimal number of patients, the staff appeared disengaged, spending their time inside the clinic chatting rather than attending to those waiting for care. This lack of professionalism and apparent disregard for patient well-being is both concerning and unacceptable. Government clinics, such as Esselin, are vital to our community, and the standard of care provided should reflect the importance of their role. Unfortunately, my experience suggests a lack of commitment from the staff to fulfill their duties effectively. There was no follow-up, no communication, and most dishearteningly, no sense that anyone cared about the experience or well-being of the patients.
