The students should ensure that they always take their own photos of all their work. The idea of having professional photos taken in the studio is very appealing, however, the photos are not always forthcoming. If one doesn’t take their own photos, not only does it take much longer to have to wait for the professional ones to arrive, there is also a distinct possibility that you may not receive them at all! If you ever want to be able to provide a digital portfolio, please ensure that you never have to rely on the school to provide you with photos of your work! I am disappointed that the school did not fulfil its undertaking to provide us with the professional photos they had taken of our work.

Terrible service. The principal is clearly a racist who treats their white students like eggs while when black raise concerns, we are ignored, threatened and treated as less than. This was not only my experience but of the students I study with. Shirley is extremely rude and has no people skills. Shes arrogant and is actually foolish. She doesnt have a basic understanding of the beauty therapy industry which is really a marvel considering how long shes been in it. Those years of experience mean nothing because shes empty headed.

The school is rotten to the core. If you are black, i advise you stay away from this racists institution that hires black people to write reviews for PR sake. The teachers and students are forced to write the review's. I personally know 60% of the students that were blackmailed into writing reviews or their marks will be reduced. The racists mother and daughter duo are clearly ill equipped to run such a school. I hope no one is ever so unfortunate as to attend this poorly managed school. My daughter says over 50% of the classes were useless. The lectures waste so much time in non school related things. I hope this institution is shut down for good. A friend also happens to have attended this mockery of a school says it took 19 weeks for her qualification to arrive. I am disgusted by this school. I am hoping the whole branch shuts down. Every single on of them are inefficiently run. The head office is the epitomy of unprofessionalism and racism! Save yourselves and your money.

I enrolled at Hatfield f2f and i was told that i would be accredited for the past two years that I completed at another college. It subsequently shut down and I had to move to Houghton and that's where the terms of my acceptance was changed and the bar was moved.... four months before I was due to graduate!!!! They simply said they cant be held responsible for why and how f2f Hatfield accepted me. I mean... as a head office do you not monitor all branches to ensure that they are meeting the requirements that you gave me? Are you saying other branches are free to do as they wish, accept whoever they want, poor unsuspecting students under false pretenses and you cannot be held responsible for it? They accepted my money and only three months before I was due to finish I was told that I dont have all the alleged documents needed for me to graduate. I provided proof from my previous college that I completed and passed my first year and all my 2nd year theory modules. My previous school made it very clear that we dont operate with POE's but rather they just document the credits for the modules I passed, they used the certificate of higher education so we aren't obligated to keep POE's. The school completley distanced themselves from this fact and stated that they arent willing to help me. They threatened to block my cidesco and itec applications for simply giving them one star. This shows how malicious they are! Please save yourselves and avoid this franchise as a WHOLE two of their branches have shut down in centurion and Pretoria! Houghton might be next. I believe in free speech and I wont be blackmailed into removing the one star. I used my last money from my inheritance in the hopes I would graduate this year but low and behold, they changed their tunes because I asked about the severe overcrowding and covid violations happening in that school. We were over thirty students in a class designed for 12. When I brought these things up all of a sudden my acceptance was revoked.

Do NOT send your daughter to this college especially on the make-up side. Management and teachers have no clue about teaching, instead they use shouting and threats which is old fashioned and outdated form of teaching. My daughter just spent over 2 weeks in hospital and this was mainly due to an overload of stress and anxiety. They will kick your child out for the day if she is not wearing the right shoes i.e. on a cold day when her feet are ice cold. They will kick your child out for the day if the payment for the month has not reflected as yet in their account. This is ongoing, punishment is common place at this institution. My daughter could no longer face these people due to all this unnecessary stress. To add to the above, they are with holding her certificate even though they are aware that she has just come out of hospital saying she must pay an extra R20000 to continue there etc. These are just some examples and highlights, It was a big mistake sending my daughter there and I will ensure all are aware of this and hopefully this institution will close down for good!
