Standard Bank Rosebank

I recently visited Standard Bank's Rosebank branch to collect my bank card, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The process of obtaining my card was incredibly easy, and what stood out even more was the exceptional level of friendliness displayed by the staff. They went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and at ease, creating an atmosphere that truly felt like home. This kind of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated. Kudos to Morongoa who assisted me and the team at the Rosebank branch for their outstanding service!

If I could rate this branch as a -1 I would. It has taken 2 weeks for my simple query to be addressed and resolved but I am still at step 1. I’ve visited the branch 3 times now with all of the agents who I had dealt with promising me to call or email me the following day. After reading the comments and reviews on the Rosebank branch, is anyone in Standard Bank management actually dealing with the poor service delivery??????

Pathetic service, over 13 cubicles, with only 3 consultants on duty. 1st visit waited for over 2 hours to not have our concerns addressed. 2nd visit took an hour to open an account, 3rd visit came to collect a new card only to wait another hour with only 3 people ahead in the queue to not be served, and have to return on another day. Absolutely useless

Had a great experience requesting a new card after ATM swallowed ours . Phumza Mtuli was professional , very helpful and patient. ⭐️

Unimpressive service. The bank is of the opinion the public should accommodate them instead of the bank going out of its way to accommodate its clients. Told to come in at 10am to collect forex, and no one is assisting and helping move the queue. However, once it was finally my turn the person who helped me was a pleasure to deal with
