Difficult to reach, and despite multiple forms requesting payment,and their acknowledgement of them, I'm STILL waiting for pay out for my endowment policy which matured in JUNE of 2016 - FIFTEEN months ago. Now they do not even respond to emails. Save your money and AVOID this company!

I've tried contacting Liberty and nobody is answering calls. Instead you get voice recordings going forward and backward wasting hard earned money. Also payouts on a re-advance takes extremely long like liberty doesnt care about the wellbeing of you the customer. Life goes on after Covid. Do not sit and blame apartheid for poor service please????

It is a beuracratic building. Lacks give vibe and feelings of innovation. Huge open plan offices with nany workers. Old building. Needs energy and an upgrade. Security difficult and slow.
