From no Confidence to high level confidence. I want to take this moment to say thank you to MacD the founder of fitness icon SA. I started a year ago with no dancing skills and today I can confidently say I can dance. Every week I attend their classes at one of the Planet fitness sites and the classes are exceptional high on energy, sweat and little tears. (From I can't do this to I can). When I first joined Fitness Icon, I started as shy, self conscious girl with no belief that I can become who I am today. However I emerged as a strong, confident Lioness. I was hesitant to join, and I told MacD that I am not as thin as the other girls, however he reassured me that it is not about who is the thinnest, or who has the best six pack, but who you are, and what vibe you bring to the pride. Fitness Icon has become such a huge part of my life, I love everything about it, it ignites your passion for fitness, and Hell it doesn't hurt burning 600 calories within 45 minutes, while having FUN! I cannot recommend Fitness Icon enough! Please join us for our next event you will not regret it!
