The gym is so lovely. They have aerobics. You always have a trainer on standby to advise depending on your gyming needs. It's also based close to offices, banks as well restaurant. It's so convenient for people working at Braamfontein. Their hospitality and customer care is top of the range. Showers are cleaned properly.

Great Gym with Great Coaches and Equipment. The gym has got everything u may need. You can join classes for different exercises from morning tilll evening. There is also great hospitality from the administration and the coaches. It's a great place to train and most importantly, it snot that pricey! About R290 per month. It's a bargain.

I went to go give Virgin Active a try cause my friend invited me and the guy at the entrance was just pressuring me to get a membership. Once I got in and started working out another guy just went on and on trying to apply even more pressure to the point where I absolutely didn't want to be there. He interrupted my session and started making me feel like I don't belong there cause I don't want to pay R50 for a membership when I actually just wanted to think about it. Terrible interpersonal skills, it's clear that they earn on commission but they shouldn't force me to sign up so hard for their benefit. I will not step foot in that gym again.

Off peak hours the gym can feel quite spacious but otherwise it gets very congested. I'd suggest late morning to early afternoon as a good time to visit. For a red branch, it offers a good variety of machines and the facility is well kept and member friendly.
