This was the best training experience I've had. I trained MMA with Brendon and Matt for three weeks and in that time I've learned more about fighting than years training elsewhere. My only regret is not finding this place sooner and not being able to stay longer to train. Would recommend coming here if you're serious about learning how to fight.
