Visiting a salon in South Africa for the first time, I was blown away by the outstanding experience. The customer service was phenomenal from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Kudos to the team! I highly recommend this salon; the staff is extremely attentive and excels in customer service. 10/10

Visited the salon for a silk press on the 19th of December but wanted to wanted to wait until my next wash day to see if I had heat damage or not and I do. Resulting from a stylist, male, who refused to listen to his clients request for an adequate amount of heat protectant because he said knew best! This after being told that I had a fear of getting heat damage. A stylist should listen to their client because at the end of the it’s their hair and I regret not advocating for myself harder.

DON'T DO IT LADIES, OR YOU'LL BE SORRY. I went to this salon two months ago and let one their stylists dye my hair blonde. My hair was natural and healthy. It was the first time I ever bleached my hair. Now just two months later ALL OF MY HAIR HAS FALLEN OUT. He over bleached/processed my hair. Despite trying to condition and save my hair. The damage was done. They are so busy trying to up sale you, that they aren't concerned about the health of your hair, especially for BLACK WOMEN. I am now BALD. Don't get your hair done here, or you'll regret it. I'd sue them if it was't for the wavier they make sure to have clients to sign because I am certain this can't be the first time this has happened. Save your money and your HAIR!
