Have bought from them previously and was happy...this time whoever they are using for delivery is absolutely pathetic!!! They wouldn't listen as to how to get get the bed into our bedroom, insisted on taking off the door and damaged it in the process. After getting the storage base in we see a patch job. After complaining they finally send us another bed storage but these guys are too lazy to try get the bed in without touching the door. These delivery guys are rude, arrogant and even had the cheek to ask for a tip after all the drama the first time! Sad to say these guys are not professionals and will be the reason I don't buy or recommend discount Decor anymore!

Bought twice from the Denver branch, happy with 1 coach, but now that I need to exchange the 1 because of a tear when delivered, I can not get hold of anyone, via telephone, Whatsapp and now last resort email. Not happy with after sales service. Thank you Furniture Liquidation Warehouse, they did get hold of me the day after my review and brought me a new coach. Thank you again.

I NEVER buy from here again. Visited the store and gave a list of items I was looking to purchase to the sales team - was promised an emailed quote as they were offline. - NOTHING RECEIVED. Sent 2 emails and received one reply from Jakes who instructed Lali to assist. Finally received a quotation and made full payment, only to be informed that they did not have stock of 2 items. I requested a refund and after jumping through all of their delaying hoops, I have waited 1 month and am STILL waiting. Suddenly Lali and Jakes are never in and NEVER return calls. Use this company at your own risk.

Great furniture store with numerous products that give you a variety of choice. Most products here are of a pretty high quality and you shouldn't expect low low prices. My major disappointment is with the air conditioning in that there is none. The entire atmosphere in winter is exactly as the outside temperature which makes for a fairly uncomfortable shopping experience.

Delivered one bar stool damaged. The salesman Agassi stopped taking my calls . It's been 2 weeks and he hasn't sorted out my issue.
