What a lovely dentist! I am so so glad I found them. The dentist is friendly and I had the most wonderful time under the care of the oral hygienist who was absolutely lovely, kind and smart. I have already booked my boyfriend’s appointment (who is terrified of dentists) because I know they’ll take care of him.

I am compelled to express my heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Jeena for the exceptional dental experiences I've had. Having had numerous disappointing experiences with previous dentists, I was thoroughly impressed by Dr. Jeena's commitment to honesty, patient comfort, and technological advancements. His impeccable expertise and professionalism were evident throughout my visits. I was particularly struck by his kindness, generosity, and exemplary character. I had a wonderful experience at Houghton Dental. I had a permanent retainer removed with ease by Dr. Jeena. He was caring and very professional. Houghton gave me a clear quote and discussed my options with me. Would highly recommend!!

Had a permanent retainer replaced. Needed to visit the practice a few times as the retainer had come loose, and the way the bonding material was placed made chewing uncomfortable/prevented me from biting down with my molars. Still experiencing some trouble with my retainer and have decided to move on to another practice to resolve the problems I'm experiencing. The staff was friendly and respectful, though. I would like to point out that my review is based on my overall experience (repeated issues with the retainer: I've been back to fix and adjust this retainer with you twice in October 2024 after having it fitted by you in September 2024) Your reply is only addressing the latest concern which we've respectfully disgreed upon. The Houghton Dental Team, Drs Jeena and Chen Blaauw deserve more than 5 stars for the way in which they manage their clients and in particular the outstanding outcome that was ultimately delivered over a 4 month period. Firstly, their equipment is mind-blowing - the latest 3-D technology is used to ensure the correct treatment is applied. The communication around the appointments was appropriately handled as gentle reminders, and during the procedures the calm manner in which information is provided is extremely reassuring. I would highly recommend anyone to engage them for anything from simple dental hygiene to the complications I had to handle.
