Very professional staff, facilities and treatments. I have peace of mind knowing that the equipment and staff are curated by a dermatologist, and it shows in the results. Mia is a fantastic therapist that executes the procedures expertly with a good sense of humour. I highly recommend this place!

I have been with Dr Lev for over a year now. I had a wonderful experience at The Dermatology Room. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming, professional, and attentive. They made the check-in process smooth and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The dermatologist was highly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options, addressing all my concerns with care and patience. I truly felt that I was in good hands, and I appreciated their expertise and the time they took to ensure I felt comfortable and informed. Overall, the entire team at The Dermatology Room made my visit exceptional. Every time I have to come in to fetch anything I feel like I’m in a catch up session with my friends, I always feel at home here. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-notch dermatological care paired with outstanding customer service. I always look forward to coming here.

My skin had been acting up last year and ever since visiting Dr Lev, my skin has been as amazing and flawless looking as ever, she has been able to get me to control my acne and my skin has even evened out in tone, I get so many compliments, she is truly the best!

Appointment scheduled for 12.30...get here at 12.20 and they call me at 12.22 to say the Appointment in canceled...pathetic care and communication let a lone customer service. Get to the front desk and the females at the front desk tell oh we were busy so we called when we could YET I WAS ALREADY THERE??!!

I would absolutely recommend The Dermatology Room to anybody struggling with their skin. Up until a few months ago I had never really had an issue with acne, but stress really began to take its toll on my skin. I began to feel very self-conscious about my appearance and when I found myself layering foundation on top of foundation to hide the bumps and lumps and with anxiety setting in at the thought of my upcoming wedding in April, I realised that it was time to seek help. I wasn’t sure where to look so I did a quick google search for the best Dermatologists around. I came across The Dermatology Room and some really impressive reviews on it and decided to schedule an appointment to see Dr. Lev. After conducting an assessment on my skin, she started me on an 8 week treatment program immediately, consisting of a very well-tolerated antibiotic, a pill to regulate my hormones and some skincare products to use on a daily basis. The products are quite pricy, but I was asked about my budget beforehand and only the products that I agreed to were prescribed to me. And I can honestly say that they are worth every cent and that in 2 short months I have seen incredible results. The treatment program coupled with regular glycolic and lactic acid peels by my incredible therapist, Kleoni, has not only given my skin an incredible glow, but it has given me my confidence back. Needless to say I don’t have to think twice when recommending the Dermatology Room to friends and family.
