I'm so disappointed at engage stuff in braamfontain in such a way that im even questioning the qualifications of the stuff that's working there ,they do not have professionalism and late coming is also something I experienced today,the stuff supposed to be at work at 8.30 am and start to work at 9.00 am but they get at work at 9.00am and started work at 9.40 am where else patients have to wait longer when they have to go to work on the negotiated time with the employees, no registration of your details is being taken and wrote down ,they don't even take your urine when u got an infection all they do is give you medication according to what you are feeling in your body ,so basically I waited longer to be asked what's wrong and gaven meds quickly as if they just wanna get rid of me and no test where ran in order for them to know what they dealing with ,this are some of the reasons we will never reach to the last 90 of the 90/90 strategies.im not writing this to ruin anyone's job but for everyone to be treated in a professional welcomed way because most patients who goes there should are students so just imagine if they got classes and having to be treated that way,I doubt I'll even go back or even recommend anyone for the services they are rendering.

I started my Prep over 2 years ago courtesy of Engage, they where in my area. They have been delivering it to me on time for over 2 years and all of a sudden in January this year they told me they were out of Prep and they would contact me when it's available. It's the 25th of March today and apparently they no longer come to where I stay. I've been chatting with them on whatsapp on the number on their social media pages and I was supposed to get assistance 2 weeks ago. I'm you probably priorities new patients and us old one need to come to Rosebank even though yall were bring the services since day one. I'm disappointed and saddened by all of this.

I emailed, sent 2 different whatsapp message to two different number, called and no reply. So I went to the clinic on Saturday and found 3 other people waiting. No sign on the door that it was closed on Saturdays and Google said it was open Saturday. One of the people waiting saw a posting that the clinic would re-open in December. If this is true, Engage, can't you do better in information your customers?

My 1st time at the facility was met with Friendly and professional staff. My appointment was for 14h30 and from previous experience ment nothing. So I thought. I didn't even get a chance to open YouTube on my phone when I was called in for my consultation. Blood pressure heart rate and good old stethoscope on the chest and breath in breath out rest. All perfect. Blood test was needed so role up the sleeve and get ready. That needle is huge and thick. 5 test tubes later I was done. Could hardy see the needle mark and it wasn't all black and blue. What a pleasant experience highly recommended.

I sent a message to the Clinic WhatsApp account that I’d be coming on the Saturday days in advance. When I go there doors were locked, no notice that it doesn’t operate on Saturday anymore. I don’t understand how we’re supposed to have access to these services when cannot go during the week due to work commitments.
