It was easy to set up an appointment online and receive confirmation. The complex where the clinic is situated is just off M1 Woodmead Drive. The staff is welcoming, and you have less waiting time for the physiotherapist. They take care to explain the process and understand your problem. The facilities at the clinic are top-notch, with state-of-the-art equipment and comfortable treatment rooms. The physiotherapist, Sinqobile Msimango, was highly knowledgeable and skilled, providing effective treatments tailored to my specific needs. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my sessions, knowing that I was in capable hands. The clinic also offers a range of additional services, such as massage therapy, which complement the physiotherapy treatments. Overall, my experience at this clinic was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of physiotherapy services.

Lamberti Woodmead had great customer service and was very welcoming. They assisted me with every question I had. The physiotherapist that I saw, Yashoda was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience and a well deserved session. I would definitely recommend them and be coming back for any other issue I may have.

My very first time seeing a physio and Sinqobile made me feel at ease. I especially appreciated that she took the time to explain to me what I was experiencing and showed me on a picture so I could understand. She is friendly and professional and seems to be quite knowledgeable. Definitely happy to have booked with her. Every other staff member I encountered on my visits was polite and friendly. Such a lovely practice!

Great session with Shelagh, she was very thorough and took alot of care with my son. He really liked her aswell. Would certainly go back to her.
