I always shop here and I have overlooked so many things. I went in December to claim an item ,they did everything for me to be sent to the insurance and I was told I was going to be called by the store when the insurance has approved everything. Fast forward to January, still no communication from the store . I call to follow up, I was told the person who sent in the claim didn’t follow up with the insurance like they should have, I must wait. I asked what happens if the insurance expires in the meantime and I have already claimed? I was told It will forfeit. So basically they don’t do what they tell you they will do , they delay the process to avoid replacing the items claimed! I then called the insurance as they have reached out to me to ask about the claim before. I was told the claim was approved. I Asked to be email the letter and they also CC’d the store. The store never called me, like they said they would. But that wasn’t an issue as I also had the claim letter , I went to the store and it looked like they don’t check their emails at all. I was assisted but their system was “down “ . They were not able to provide me with a receipt, they asked for my email to send an electronic one when their system is back up. It’s been a day and half and no communication has been done again. I work in the customer service industry so I know how things work and the service in this store looks like they are always trying to get rid of the customers and move to the next. According to me this is their way of making sure no returns are made since there is no receipt. I love shopping here since it’s convenient for me but I am very disappointed in the continuous decline in the service they have provided me with .

Great customer service
This positive experience has not only resolved my immediate needs but has also fostered a sense of loyalty toward ( Hifi corp Eastgate and Nensie Mokgosi ) i will definitely be a returning customer and will hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends .

Horrible service at Eastgate, they promised same day delivery but failed and they did not even bother to communicate with me. I wanted to speak to the manager but no manager in sight. What kind of store has no manager to help customer queries???
I am thankful to the staff the Hifi Corp woodmead. Excellent service from Tshehla and lebogang at the till point. They helped me very well and getting my items same day.

Hi was at your shop last week.im so piseed right now.spoke to your sales person wanting a wifi router.he recomendedone.of which was sending my family in Zimbabwe.sent it home onlyfor them to be told by network provider its a network extender not wifi router.very dispointed with the service.my money doen the drain
