I have been waiting 2 weeks for an outcome on a claim submitted for damages to my ceiling. My broker battled to get hold of anyone in claims and when they did they just told them that there is a backlog with claims. Why would that be my problem? I tried calling myself with no luck at all. Terrible service to say the least.

Claim No: PJH/PREMC/000060404. It took 3 months to repair minor damage and within 4days what they "repaired" is falling apart. Horrible workmanship quality, rude and obnoxious staff, poor service

Hollard took my insurance premiums for 7 years. When hail damaged my property, the were quick to reject a significant portion of my claim and shockingly claimed that the hail damage was caused by wear and tear.
This after, there was a clear and observable damage to the building. This has truly left a bitter taste in the mouth. I believe that they are not trustworthy.
I challenged the decision even through dispute channels inside the company but was rejected. The insurance ombudsman rubber stamped their view even after displaying to them through qualified engineers reports.
*If you read this review and continue to get Hollard as your insurance company, they will reveal themselves to you when it's time to claim and don't cry to anyone else.*

Very disappointed with call center held 10 minutes as I was 1st in line the call was dropped. Second time around the call was answered by an Agent called Charity, who was extremely sarcastic and rude. I have been a client for almost 20 years. Don't appreciate this kind of service at all.

Hollard is now hiding from the Ombudsman by saying they have tried to contact me, They have nevr contacted me.. Hollard You need to meet your committments and address my issue Naked and you have just been taking my prmiums and with no consequence throw out my claims, The person Mthokozisi The Naked Insurance South Africa Agent is the most rude person I have dealth with, You need to address my concern and pay for the fixing od My A4 I am still paying insurance for this vehicle you collect my premium and my car is at the workshop, Since Nov 28th 2023 This car is standing and I am paying for the premiums and youa re not fixing the damage!
