I had an amazing experience at Jack Friedman Eastgate the entire staff was very friendly, they even offered to polish our old rings for us. Sachaa Jacobs was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect, she got every detail correct of how we wanted our rings to be. The cherry on top is the after sales service, Sachaa still dropped a text message just to check on us and if we are happy with our rings and availing herself to assist if ever needed. On the Day of the wedding I remember getting a message from her in the morning wishing us well.
