I recently had the pleasure of getting permanent makeup done by Janell at Janell Morris Permanent Makeup, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! From the moment I walked into the studio, I was greeted with professionalism and warmth. The space was clean, welcoming, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. Janell took the time to thoroughly consult with me before starting, explaining every step of the process and making sure I was comfortable with the design and color choices. I appreciated the attention to detail and how she listened to my preferences. It was clear that she has a lot of experience in the field. The procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable, and Janell made sure I was at ease throughout. She explained the aftercare instructions clearly, which made the healing process smooth and easy. My brows and eyeliner turned out even better than I expected! They’re perfectly shaped, the color is beautiful, and the work looks so natural. I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Janell to anyone considering permanent makeup. The quality of the work, the professionalism, price and the overall experience were top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back for touch-ups in the future!

Training with Janel was the best decision of my life and she is the absolute best. (Lip blush) She gave me more than what I paid for, dedicated her time and gave me her undivided attention. I am 73 years young. Went to Janell for my brows touch-up. I am very happy with my brows, you can now see them without having to look through a magnifying glass She communicates with you through the whole process, makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Unfortunately I am still attempting to rectify my brows. My first appointment was fantastic. My ‘touchup’ was a disaster. Went back the next day so Janelle could try to even them out. I currently travel to another city for lazer removal every 4 weeks. I live abroad. It’s turned into an expensive and time-consuming endeavour but can’t be avoided as I work with the public every day. I suggest Janelle does not allow the constant domestic interruptions during consults. And yes, my Touchup cost as much as my first appointment.
